ABOUT AIM SMART

Better operations shouldn't make a business more complicated.

AIM Smart Strategies helps small and growing organizations build the practical business infrastructure their ideas, leadership, and growth require.

WHY AIM SMART EXISTS

Great ideas deserve businesses capable of carrying them forward.

AIM Smart exists for organizations with something real underway that are beginning to feel the cost of informal processes, disconnected systems, unclear ownership, or delayed information.

Mission

“To transform ambitious ideas into stronger businesses by building the strategy, systems, and infrastructure that turn vision into sustainable growth.”

Vision

“A world where great ideas are not limited by the business infrastructure required to bring them to life.”

WHAT MAKES THE APPROACH DIFFERENT

See the whole business before changing one part.

AIM Smart sees how operations, finance, systems, process, people, reporting, and leadership decisions affect one another. That connected view helps distinguish the real operating constraint from the symptom it creates elsewhere.

“The business should define the system. The system should not define the business.”
“Necessary for today. Capable of supporting tomorrow.”

FOUNDER

Experienced across the connections.

Tisha Templeton, Founder and Principal, has spent decades working across operations, finance, systems, program infrastructure, quality review, and executive leadership. Her advantage is seeing how decisions travel through a business and translating strategy into processes, controls, tools, reporting, and practical next steps.

Approximately 30 years of life-sciences experience are a particular strength within that perspective, without limiting AIM Smart to biotechnology. Tisha built programs that managed client programs and eCTD submissions, and she performed quality assurance reviews on regulatory submissions.

THE NAME

Direction with personal meaning.

AIM represents direction, intentionality, and forward movement. It also carries a personal meaning: the A and M reflect Tisha’s children, Ashlee and Miller, while the upward I represents purposeful progress.

HOW WE OPERATE

Smarter doesn't always mean more.

Good judgment is knowing what the business needs now, what it may need later, and what it does not need at all.

Fit Before Fashion

The newest or most sophisticated option is not automatically the right one.

People Before Platforms

The system must work for the people responsible for using it.

Process Before Technology

Define the work before allowing an application to dictate the workflow.

See the Whole Business

CRM, projects, finance, people, reporting, and technology affect one another.

Leave the Business Stronger

Build clearer capability, documentation, visibility, and independence—not unnecessary dependency.
