Interim notice
Find Your Friction responses
Your answers and results are stored only in your own browser on the device you used. They are not transmitted to us unless you choose to share your contact details after seeing your results, and they are referenced only by an anonymous session identifier. You can remove them at any time using the clear-results action on the results page.
Contact forms
If you complete a contact form we collect your name, work email, company, optional role, what you tell us about the friction you are experiencing, your preferred next step, and a record of your consent. During this development stage no submission destination is configured, so entries are kept in your browser and clearly labelled as not sent. We will not claim a message was delivered when it was not.
What we don't ask for
We do not ask for confidential financial figures, client data, or sensitive operational detail through this website. Please keep that out of web forms; it belongs in a direct conversation.
